Sheridan College volleyball coach Casey Quiggle aka Quiggs, continues on the recruiting trail signing Sheridan High School seniors Abby Sanders and Nadja Gale. Quiggs says "both Abby and Nadja are great girls and we're excited to get them here. Abby's athleticism is going to be a great addition to our roster. And Nadja has the height and potential to be a force in the front row for us."

Abby (daughter of Becky and David Sanders) is excited to play for Sheridan as she has watched the Generals play and the program grow over the years. Sanders has lettered played Varsity volleyball for the Lady Broncs since her sophomore year. In addition to volleyball, she has also been apart of the peer helpers program for 3 years. Sanders hopes to not only continue her education and volleyball career but to also get involved on campus and within the community. Although a Sheridan local, she is looking forward to new experiences and college life.

Nadja (daughter of Ana and Mike Gale) will be following in her mother's footsteps as Ana played in the late 90s for the Generals. Gale says she "is excited to be apart of a new environment and new culture. I'm ready to improve my skills and excited about meeting new teammates and having new experiences." In addition to volleyball at Sheridan H.S., Nadja has also played club volleyball throughout her high school career.

"Both Abby and Nadja are welcome additions to the roster and we're excited to bring in local athletes. Not only do both girls possess the ability to play at this level, the additional community support is always nice to have" states Coach Quiggle.
